Wexford Village Homes Association Information

 

The Wexford Village Homes Association (WVHA) board sponsors many social activities, supports park improvements, manages all common area maintenance, maintains this website, publishes a biennial directory, collects annual dues, and enforces neighborhood covenants. In the past the Wexford Watch newsletter was also published. An annual meeting in November each year is traditionally held at High Point Christian Church and all Wexford members are strongly encouraged to attend.

Funding for WVHA operations is derived from an annual assessment of each Wexford Village lot. Single family homes are assessed at $130 and condominiums are $65 per year. The budget is presented for the review of the WVHA membership prior to the annual meeting each November and voted on at the meeting. Payment of annual dues can be mailed in with your notice or paid online with Springly.

The budget is used for the following board functions:

  • Sponsoring social activities (see events)

  • Improving Wexford Park (with the city)

  • Contracting for maintenance of common areas (e.g. grass cutting, snow removal, light repair)

  • Publishing the bi-annual directory (new version coming out in fall 2025)

  • Publishing the Wexford Watch newsletter (currently inactive)

An annual meeting is held each November for all homeowners and traditionally located at High Point Christian School/Church. A snail-mail letter will be sent to all homeowners prior to the meeting with more information. All Wexford members are strongly encouraged to attend.
